[Gameplay] illaoi e slow effect stays throughout the game

So i was playing ranked game with yorick against illaoi but everytime she e on me and I escape the zone the slow effect stays with me until i restart game, this happened atleast 3 times. It is like the game is running on slow motion. I checked the fps and ping several times and they were stable I usually play fps around 60 and ping 120.
I mentioned that in chat and teammate said his game was slow too at some point. Unfortunately I dont have a video to show this but hopefully you understand what I meant and investigate the issue.
