I was playing Katarina with the new Warring Kingdoms skin I do not think the skin has anything to do with it but I rather be specific, about 28 minutes in, after using my Q to get a double, it stopped working. I when I got 1 kill I threw my Q again and after my cd's got reset I could not use my Q again for the remainder of the game.
You aren't the only one. Yesterday I was about a half hour into a game and my Q,R, and Base Teleport stopped working. I use smart casting and thought maybe that was the issue. Wasn't as my shunpo still worked. Wasn't my keyboard either because I could still use my Q, R and Teleport (B) buttons to talk in chat. Tried rejoining game and that wouldn't fix it either. Can we please get a hotfix for this like...NOW? It effectively makes Katarina useless in games now.
Had the same problem I don't know why but once I used my Q to get kills it just stopped working, I couldnt recall nor use my ult I dont know if it's common but it stayed there for an amount of time until I died 3 times then it started working again
Happened to me while playing URF today. Sad lief, I lost so hard. I restarted my game and then died, and everything was good again o.O so strange. I was using the Warring Kingdoms skin as well.
