Game [CRASH]

My boyfriend (Smackster) and I were in the beginning of a ranked match (about lvl 4) and the game kept "reconnecting" and then crashing. Eventually we used task manager to end to client and all processes in order to restart and reconnect (this is a solution we've used before). Now the game will only sometimes loads the login screen and, if you happen to get that to load, it gives you an error if you try to connect back to the game. We very rarely have internet issues and everything else connected to the internet was working just fine (webpages, youtube, programs, etc). I believe this is either an issue with the client or we are the victims of someone hacking the game (especially since it was ranked). This happened just 5 minutes ago from this post. We lost LP and probably got reported for this issue and are deeply saddened by that. I'm hesitant to play ranked matches in the future for fear of this happening again.

i had the same issue about 4 or 5 times in the previous 2 weeks , it never happened before that , the only difference is that it wont start for me , i just get into loading screen , then load untill some point , then it shows me that " You have disconnected , please check your internet connection" , my internet was just fine , and i know it's not just something wrong with my pc or internet because sometimes it happen to 2 or 3 people in my team ( who are in different locations ) , it's gettting really annoying , i lost those games and probably got reported for something which isn't my fault...
