[CLIENT] No chests using Beta client.

I don't think I've gotten a chest since beginning using the Beta client. My profile says that I have four chests available, and I know for a fact that I just got an S- on Taric and received no chest. I have gotten S- and S on other champs in the last week or two and have also not gotten chests. What gives?

Last Night S- on Taric on EUW (same summoner name), today Morgana on NA. No chests either place. Both clients say chests available.
