Lvl up bug

Sorry for poor video. So I died to enemy Lucian but I killed him too so I got leveled up. Then this happened, I couldn't level up any of my skills cause there were max lvl already although I were only lvl 17.

Yes, with Kleptomaniac Rune - u can get a potion for upgrading one of your skills for free. When it happends on 18 lvl it looks like it :D.
