Broken menus, missing blue essence, unable to play draft or go to lobby with friends. [CLIENT]

So I open up the client to see that I couldn't connect to the landing page, I'm missing all my clue essence, I unable to see my emotes, and I can't play draft or go to a lobby with friends. The store keeps saying error 900, and sends me back to the home screen, and I'm unable to purchase any champions. I've restarted the client, full repaired it , and uninstalled and reinstalled. Pls help, any ideas?
