Lower Priority Queue

Hi, Leaver Buster is a very useful option for those who leave a game in progress, But what if someone's PC crushed or game crashed or maybe he got load shedding? Please detect what happen to the user and then ban or block the account. Even some small game have the detection system like Age Of Defenders(a great game but not popular).Please take this seriously. Don't give punishment to the innocents.
