[Gameplay] Intermediate Ziggs bot obtained a blackfire torch in Twisted Treeline

in a game of bots TT, with a kalista, jinx, and leona against bots Irelia, Graves, and Ziggs. Lategame, ziggs bought a blackfire torch. If this isn't a bug, I apologize, but I was under the impression that those weren't supposed to be in the game anymore?

Thanks for the report! This is definitely a bug! If you can't buy Blackfire Torch, bots shouldn't be able to either. We'll get this issue resolved.
