Sion E Bug Not Addressed After MONTHS of being in the game.

just watch the yt video, no damage from minion, also no gold or exp granted from the minion aswell.

this bug has been in the game since OCTOBER 2017 this is UNACCEPTABLE by any means.

if you go to shoot a low hp minion, it will sometimes die in the middle of the distance that it supposed to travel and award no exp or gold. this is an obvious bug that has been known in the community for MONTHS and today we get a sion q damage ratio nerf but still no talk about this bug.
