Mordekaiser and Jhin - Bug

Alright I was playing an ARAM today and noticed this bug or what I believe is a bug. If Mordekaiser kills Jhin and turns him into a ghost and Jhin had his last bullet left -- the one that crits 100% of the time -- the ghost is only never going to use that crit bullet and never reload till the ghost is killed or goes away. This bug is a little OP because that Jhin ghost is going to do a nice amount of damage to the enemy team because the bullet crits 100% of the time.
