So I check on my profile today because of the preseason update, and I notice that my profile insignia is silver. Which is strange because im in Platinum IV and in flex Gold II. I should get a platinum insignia right? I check my other friend’s other accounts and they got a gold insignia while in plat II. Is this a glitch or a bug of some sort?
ICEEWIENR11/8/2017, 4:28:42 PMHey there, I logged in this morning because I was excited to see the season rewards. I ended up in Plat 3 and Gold 3 in Flex. I was stunned to see that I had a gold insignia! Then I read this https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/dTviOIEi-i-got-the-silver-profile-insignia-but-i-am-gold . Basically in the comments it explains that it is displaying your last season rank and that you will receive your proper rank insignia later this month. At least I'm hoping for that.
