So, today I decided to start off my day by playing a game of ranked. It was all going perfect, 12/3/6 jungle vi, I was doing great.... THEN IT ALL BEGAN. In one of the teamfights, I pressed my Q to charge it up and to engage, when the game Froze, completely, couldn't exit it, so I turned off my laptop. Upon turning my laptop back on, I was awaited by a fucking Windows update, completely fucking random.

After waiting for the 5 min long update to finish, I rushed to my League client....

The league client ALSO FUCKING DEMANDED FOR IT TO FINISH UPDATING THE SAME UPDATE I'VE ALREADY GOT.... It took solid 6-8 minutes for that to finish, and by the time I returned to the game, it said it had already finished... this is where I fucking lost it

I was also demoted back to G4, and we would've won if the.. bug, or crash didn't happen.

So I want an answer, why the fuck, would riot need to update the game twice in a single day? And plus, those updates are the same updates. I fucking lost in a game of ranked, 'cause riot decided to give me 2 of the same updates....

Fuck this game, fuck every single season up until now. Fuck ranked, fuck the entire fucking riot community. I'm fucking out of this shit, the game is unbalanced and fucked up.

happened twice to me today since the new patch

EDIT: im holding off queuing any games until i hear an update that this problem is fixed

When did you even play that ranked game? It's not normal to post about a game over an hour after it has happened.... Ranked queues should have been disables 2 hours before patching occured

I just had the same issue? Except mine was in a normal. It locked up my computer, and I had to restart my computer. It said it was installing a windows update despite me having updates turned off and having to be done manually. My league client didn't need to repatch though.

I was playing Dark Star Cho'gath top versus a Crabgot.
