Singed vs Yi goofling

When Yi is ulting and singed flings him into his W Yi doesnt get rooted. This is the only way a fed singed can outplay a fed yi. I assume singed may be getting nerfs/indirect nerfs soon, so Riot please fix this please and thank you.
