Syndra cooldown bug

I've noticed that the cooldown indicator for Syndra is bugged. After you cast it, the numbers correctly display how long until the ult is up again, but the light blue shaded indicator that rotates around the center of the icon remains stuck on 99% done. To be clear, immediately after, during, and right before R comes up again, the indicator is just at 99% and stays that way. It's not very important because the numerical indicator still works, but it is an irritating visual bug.
