Spectral Ghoul(Omen of war) Please do not ignore for a third time

Alright, this is the third time posting this and still no fix in about a month and a half, Yoricks Omen of War, ie Spectral Ghoul, its passive does not activate in terms of it gaining extra damage, this hurts me a bit in laning phase along with jungle as he loses some damage output, REALLY noticeable in the jungle as the damage amp helps in terms of well, damaging.
