Noticed on Winter Wonder Soraka - haven't reproduced on anything else yet.

Ultimate will not go off on the first click. It doesn't happen every cast and will work if cast again immediately after.

Over the past few months I've experienced lots of abilities that go through a patch of not seeming to cast the first time making you spam the HELL out of them in hopes one of them work.
