[CLIENT] Stuck in champ select

Sometimes when someone is picking their champ in champ select the timer runs out and gets stuck on 0. Then nothing happens. I could talk to people for a while, but then they left the chat lobby. The whole UI works, but i can't do anything other then leave. My internet connection is fine so that's not the issue. Really would like it fixed, because i don't want any punishment for stuff i didn't do. (i got timer on next queu for this one, so it registered me as the fault)

Please either help me with this or fix it fast, because i got punished for nothing (now its not much, but if it happens more it'll get worse im sure)
