[GAMEPLAY] The in-game shop and options menus are blank; they are empty

I included a short video that I made that describes the bug (I'm having a hard time describing it in words)

• when i can see the items in the shop, the icons are flickering • they usually aren't there, and i have to use the search bar to buy things • and the settings/options menu is completely empty • and for some reason, my ability range indicators are messed up • and the vision plant's is completly gone, doesn't even show on the mini map • same for the blast cone
