[Gameplay] Jhin's w interaction with vladimir

I'm not entirely sure how to reproduce this bug. I was playing Jhin in a ranked match against a vladimir. Vladimir had been hit by my team, so i line'd up a w to snare him. If i recall correctly, the same instant where my w was hitting him, he went into his (w i believe) where he became a pool of blood. So he wasn't snared, but for the rest of the game, i could not snare him. He permanently had the icon showing he could be snared, even without him being hit by any team damage for much longer than the effect lasts. even when recently hit with damage and then a w, i could not snare him. It wasn't game breaking, I believe i still won that match, but it definitely made the already slippery and hard to cc mage more annoying.
