Mastery 6 not upgrading??

Yo. So, I have trouble in upgrading my Level 5 Vayne to Level 6. For some reason it just won't let me upgrade it.. If you have any idea why I can't, tell me please. Thanks.

Are you serious? You need 500 blue essences or the champion you want to upgrade shard in order to get lvl6...
