[Gameplay] Quinn Auto Attacks in Jungle not working with Passive

While playing as Quinn in the Jungle, I realized that her passive Harrier would not focus on the Jungle minion that she was attack 100% of the time. It would switch generally to the smaller minions at red buff and blue buff as I would attack the buff monster. Not sure if this is supposed to be or not.
