Can't open rune menu in champ select

Title says it simply...

Just did a 1v1 against a random guy, then went into a aram, and couldn't open up the rune menu, had to dodge. This kind of bug REALLY is annoying, because if it happens a lot, i'm gonna be stuck in a 15 min waiting loop for leaving champ select...

This new client has made everything harder tbh.

Some times things open right away, sometimes it hangs and then cannot be edited at all.
