League not opening in new Windows update

I have been trying for hours to open league. I was in the middle of a game before my computer restarted to update the new windows update and now when i press the shortcut it doesnt work! what can i do?

Try opening it as an admin

i already tried, it still doesnt work (btw this is an update for windows 10 not the windows 10 update)

if it won't run as an admin try opening the client (not the shortcut) in the Riot Games file, after that if it still doesn't work you can attempt to re-install league of legends.
