Pantheon-Can't Use Abilities

Last game i played as Pantheon, about 4 minutes before we won the game, i could no longer use any abilities. Normal cast, auto cast, clicking, nothing worked. I reconnected, still the same issue. Only thing i could do was use D/F. Not sure if it is exclusive to Panth, but i could only auto click.
