shyvana bug

i keep getting attempting to reconnect when i play jg and then i am unable to reconnect, i've check my internet connection, my internet service , my laptop, my ping analyse, my firewall my settings, its all fine? and because of this i've been given a contract saying i need to agree to never leave a game again? riot its not my fault? this is the second time i've disconnected , please i hate DC from game i feel that i let my team down....... please please please please pwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help!? :( -feeling_bad- for my teams
