Chat Blocked

OK, i have played 3 games today, where i have lost my role because my chat blocked as soon as i sent a message in the chat.

This has happened tons of times previously aswell.

Please fix this issue, it gets REALLY annoying and is a perfect example of why the new champ select (the one in ranked) should be implemented in norms
