In-Game Bug: Red Buff Visuals

After getting the Red Buff one time around 16 min into the game, I died and should have lost the buff. Upon re-spawning, I lost the effects of Red Buff however I still had the red ring associated with the buff around my champion for the remainder of the game. After every death I still had this ring around my champion for the remained of the 20+ minutes of the game.

You can see that I don't have the actual buff over by the buff tiles above my champion icon on the left. The red ring is all that was left for the rest of the game.
