Friend List Groups Uncontrollable

I noticed my groups were out of order after 4.21 was released, and it is impossible for me to move any of the groups currently. I've tried adjusting them on three different computers which have no other problems running the client. The groups appear to randomly adjust themselves each log in. I do not know what else to try I miss my structure.
