out of range
After 4 months you're not able to make out of range. Sometimes I think that the riot support really a bunch of jerks. They simply will not and do not want to repair it because the game is free, so when you fucks. You really bad support.

I found the solution in a video a guy posted on youtube.
He wrote two scripts that will fix your out of range problems in no time.
i was playing lol in window mode for more than a year now and nothing helped me except his scripts.
Donated that guy a few dollars for his efforts.
