Champion Select Screen doesn't load in a Ranked Series Game

I can't pick a champion but I can chat in other chat rooms. It still has the little loading icon though. The game got to me and dodged but I had no choice and lost a series game and got locked out for free. The game still has the loading Icon now that it's off that screen and back into the standard front page. I can still win series just have to win one of the next 2 games to make Silver.
