Game dc-es for 5-10 seconds often during game

It seems to be exacerbated by combat with other champions and cs-ing, I can send hextech repair tool logs, I just don't know where to send it. It's made the game all but unplayable as often for the first 5 seconds of a teamfight or a skirmish I will either lag to where I can't see anything happening, or straight get disconnected.
