Outlines are glitched for all hover-able environments

I'm not too sure why but whenever I hover over minions, turrets, dragon, and especially baron, there's this huge blue that goes around the target I'm hovering my mouse over.

This happens whenever I start a game, but after a while it goes away only to come back again. It's annoying when your doing baron and all you see if a big blue box covering the whole baron pit and the enemy team comes.
