Ive had to constantly click the shop things open and close re-open and reclose over and over til it wants to show anything. So far ive managed to get 3 :^)

Same here, it just keeps loading. I did run a full repair and it did not work

Mine keeps loading too. Maybe the servers couldnt handle it? I dunno

Hi, following the reports where my shop was showing a selection of random skins instead of a personal selection that seemingly matched the player match history or most played champions, can you confirm if "the shop reset" that rioters mentioned yesterday actually and globally happened on the NA server for every player or should we wait longer for it to happen?

Because myself and a lot of other players don't feel the selection of skins currently available in 'my shop' to be very personal, unlike the one back in late 2016.

Hey!

Following the server status, located here, the notice regarding the shop not being personalized has been removed, which means the issue has been resolved. For context, this was what the notice said. We'd deactivated Your Shop while we fixed the issue, so you likely didn't see the non-personalized offers.

The system used to create your personalized offers is pretty complex and takes a bunch of several factors into consideration. Unfortunately, I'm not able to give exact details, but it's more than just 'who you play'.

Hey! Sorry for the delay here - it was the weekend and I don't usually check on the boards! Regarding your shop, whatever you're currently seeing in the client is what's intended for your offers. The issue surrounding offers not showing properly has been resolved, and not everyone was affected. Unfortunately, we aren't able to reroll shop offers. :c

I watched both my buddies ImperatorJhaood and Phoenix609 get redo's on their "your shop" While I struggled to even reveal the skins that were discounted. Do I get a redo ?
