Game wont load after champion select! Please help

Please help me!! I've been having the same issue over and over with my client. I select champion and the game fails to load afterwards! The only way to get back to game is to restart comp, but by the time I do the game has been remade. I have been placed in a leavers pool more often that I can remember due to this. I have to wait 20 min before every match. This problem is random but happens often.

I repaired my client. Re-installed my client. Updated graphics card drivers. Allowed LoL with my firewall.

Im stuck! I have no Idea what to do and It sucks because I never know when this is going to happen and cause a ban! I left a ticket a week ago and still no answer :( any suggestions? Please advise!
