Game says I am not lvl 30 and therefore cant be invited to a ranked team even though I am lvl 30

Hey all!

So my friend is trying to invite me to his ranked team but it says I cannot be because I am not lvl 30. I am long past lvl 30 and have played ranked and been in a ranked team before. I think this is a bug of some kind. If anyone could help rectify this please let me know! Thank you!
