Milestone Levels

Hello League of Legends community. I have just made a ticket to riot about this but i thought i would share too. So as seen in the homepage of league of legends client it shows milestone levels such as level 35,50 and 75. For these levels riot said we would receive special rewards such as ward skins and emotes. I am disappointed to inform you i did not receive any special rewards at all for hitting this so called "milestone" level. At first i thought "maybe i have to fill up the whole level 35 bar" so i did and reached level 36 . . . still no rewards . . . is anyone else having this problem?
