Marshbouy1 votesMy guess is that they are currently experiencing porblems on the boards with this icon, so they put this in as a placeholder.
DrCyanide1 votesThe boards are still using last patch's data (such as the refillable potion icon). Once they update that it'll probably work like normal.
Fallen Artemis1 votesIm pretty sure both the Yasuo and Riven icons are having issues with Riot's API or something like that, because it happens on OP.GG aswell. Although, i was wearing the Yasuo icon and it was the same background, just with 1666.
EDIT: Yeah, its the Yasuo and Riven icons that are the problem, i just changed my icon and it works.
