Aftershock is not loading

Greetings,

I made a rune page using Aftershock as my Keystone from the Resolve tree. However, in game, it always shows Grasp of the Undying.

I have not had any issues with any of the other rune setups.

How can I use Aftershock?

p.s. By the way, I'm returning to the game after about 3 years away.

p.p.s I can't get my email verified for some reason either, I'm not receiving email to confirm my account. As such, I cannot open a Help Ticket either.
