I believe this is reproducable at all 3 turrets from prior experimentation, but it is at least definitely doable in the bot lane.

At that spot it is possible to stack Bard's W. If you have issues reproducing, let me know and I will record a video with cursor. I don't think a step-by-step guide matters.
