Is positioning bugged?
Over the last 7-8 games I put mid as primary position and top as secondary and I got 95% top lane. Is this even possible?

No, simple math says it isn't
If it was 8 games you'd have gotten top 100%, 87.5%, 75%, 62.5%, 50%, 37.5%, 25%, 12.5%, or 0% of the time; 95% is impossible 7 games just makes it even harder to hit 95% Now if you had played 20 games and got it 19 times that would be 95% of the time. P:
