[CLIENT] Can't see Champions When Banning or Selecting (New Client)

As said above, I cannot see champions when trying to ban champs or select a champ. Gave me a penalty for dodging on my account. Please help riot. Also, my game crashed and I had to reload and it gave me the leaverbuster penalty :/
