[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo ultimate bug

Hi, Yasuo main here and there's this bug I encounter every time when I use my ultimate as Yasuo. This causes me to lose teamfights-- or better yet, the game. Whenever I use my ultimate ability and it finishes and I instantly right click on any enemy entity, I need to wait around 3 seconds before being able to cast a basic attack on them. This is quite frustrating and it causes a lot of problems for me as I use my ult a lot and especially in team fights, this can be very annoying and often causes me to lose it. I have no videos to prove this since I'm too lazy, sorry.
