Zoe Howling Abyss Spell Thief Snowball Cooldown [GAMEPLAY]

Played Zoe for the first time in aram. I'm under the understanding that as long as I pick up a new spell bubble I will be able to recast my W immediately. However there is an odd interaction between Zoe's Spell Thief ability and the two part casting of the Snowball summoner spell. After picking up and attempting to cast the opponents snowball I would wind up with the snowball that occupied the slot going on cooldown for 80 second and preventing me from picking up new abilities with Spell Thief (whether it was caused by the first cast or attempting to reactivate it again I am unsure) Completely disabling a large chunk of her skill package
