[Client] Client Crashed While in Ranked Champion Select

I logged back in but I wasn't put back into champion select. My friends that were queuing with me were still in champion select but I couldn't get back in. I restarted my client which resulted in me dodging the queue, losing 3 LP, and getting a 5 minute queue time. It doesn't bother me that much, but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug and if there is a way to fix this.
