LeagueClient.exe - Entry Point Not Found

Hello guys, I tried contacting player support but they didnt replied yet and I dont know if they even will. So yesterday I ran my game normaly. But today when I started League and click Launch it gave me this pop up error which you see as a title and the discription goes like this: "The procedure entry point GetIfEntry could not be located in the dynamic link library IPHLAPAPI.DLL." I tried reinstalling League and installing latest windows studio c++ 2015 but it didnt help. I saw multiple people with the similiar bug but all of them said that theyre game starts up normaly after they click OK which is not my case. Help me! :(
