Old client loaded in

I've noticed at launch that every champion was free to play, tought it was some special event, but when I logged in the old interface, the old client was waiting for me. The store, profile, chat was like in previous seasons. I have no idea what happened, but i,m pretty sure it wasn't meant to be like this.
