Game Froze, It IS letting me rejoin Queue

Hey there. It froze about 6-7 min in, I was 1/0/1 and taking red as the jungle. The game went to the 'attempting to reconnect' banner. I checked my internet, fine. I tried to reconnect to the game, on the homepage there was no reconnect button. So, I attempted to rejoin the queue. It allowed me. I repaired the installation, still no reconnect. I assume by now (19 min in-game according to op.gg) they would have surrendered. I do not see a match loss on my history.
