Shop is too big for my screen

The shop window is too large for my screen and the bottom part is off of the screen so I cannot see to sell items. This is quite frustrating because if I want to start with Dorians blade, I have to keep it all game. I play on 1600x1900 resolution.

Is there an option to reduce the size of the shop, or a way to sell without using the bar on the bottom of the shop?
