CRASH THEN CAN'T RECONNECT,AFTER THAT GET 20 MIN LEAVER BUSTER

Sometimes once or twice a week I get crash and I can't reconnect,after that I get leaver buster of 20 minutes.I am done ignoring this if this is because of my pc tell me some tips how to fix it.If it is because of riot games then "RIOT GAMES FIX YOUR GAME"! IF YOU DON'T REMOVE THE LEAVER BUSTER I WILL QUIT LOL AND I WILL TELL THIS EVERYBODY WHO WANTS TO START OR WANT TO COME BACK TO PLAY LOL AGAIN!
