Hey Riot How come I didn't receive any Rewards from 2015 season??? please help!!

It's due to one of two reasons; 1.) You were caught "Boosting" and were restricted from rewards for that,

or

2.) You were banned and/or chat restricted when the Ranked Queues went down at 12:01 PST November 11th.

Technically speaking, reward distribution is still going on. If you don't receive your rewards by the end of today (keep in mind it's the end of Nov 18th PST), and you know for a fact that you weren't made ineligible from receiving them, then should send in a support ticket.
